National Synod

Representatives from all twelve dioceses attended the National Synod in Kindu in early July 2021. Amidst the many deliberations and decisions was the election by the House of Bishops of Rt Rev Dr Titre Ande Georges, Bishop of Aru, to succeed His Grace Archbishop Masimango Katanda after his 5-year mandate. Archbishop-elect Ande took up his new role in January 2022.
